General Clean Service Overview
Important Details:
- Price: Our General Clean service starts at $195 for a smaller sized 1 bedroom 1 bath property. Pricing variables include:
  sq footage, number of rooms and bathrooms and specific needs/add-on services you request.
- Length of Service: Typically, a General Clean lasts between 2 to 6 hours on standard size homes.
(A general cleaning rate may be applied only after the initial deep clean service has been performed)
The general clean duties:
- wipe down all surfaces
- polish decor and furniture
- vacuum and mop all hard floors
- sanitize bathrooms, toilets, showers/tubs.
- outside of all appliances
- inside microwave
- high/low dusting within reach.
Each new property we clean must first undergo an initial deep cleaning.
Price will depend on the size and number of cleaners needed to get the job done. Some prefer to use the hourly rate for these types of cleans for a more precise calculation.
Deep Cleans usually start at $265
but will vary taking all variables into consideration like size, number of rooms/bathrooms, pets, kids,and the last time the house has been professionally cleaned.
Move-In/Move out situations for any long-term rentals require the deep clean starting rate.
Deep Cleans Include:
- baseboards, blinds, and vents
- inside all appliances
- scrubbing shower floors and walls
- scouring sinks
- underneath and on-top of tall furniture
- removing scuffs, stains, or smears on doors and walls.
- removing items from cabinets and drawers vacuuming and wiping the inside of them and then neatly placing items inside.
A deep clean is equivalent to a “make like-new”
Post Construction can sometimes take up to 3 days to complete.
The tasks for a post construction are focused on floors but require alot of the cleaners attention and efforts being on the ground manually scraping and buffing marks left on the floors from paint drops, cement, and other types of remains from the work that has been done above it.
post construction leaves floors unrecognizable and can take several rounds of mopping and dumping/changing out mop water until the dust that settles each time after drying is completely gone.
The floor must dry in between each round of mopping in order to effectively determine if the job is complete.

options for cleaning the tracks ,sliding doors, windows/sills, countertops, cabinets etc. are available as add-ons.
A vacation rental turnover will be priced as a general clean plus:
