Transparency

Service agreements and corresponding  pricing charts are provided to our clients to maintain transparency from walk-through to invoice.

Clients will understand:

1. Price Discussed and Agreed on

2. Any fees from the price chart waived or modified in writing

3. List of duties included in the quoted price which housekeepers are to provide
   Service agreements are presented after the walk-through and quote,
   revision is completed if needed and a signature is collected in order to bind the expectations of both parties.

We put everything in writing and ensure a systematic approach not from just the cleaning job but to the employee handbook including off-site duties like disinfecting, replacing, or storing products, tools, and supplies.

The goal is to make sure all of our cleaners represent Order and Opulence and our mission  to cleanse and polish your sanctuary or place of business.

Consistency

Maintenance Cleans

Customers who desire recurring cleans will be put on a schedule with one or more of the following frequencies:

• weekly general clean

• 2x a month general clean

• every 3 weeks deep clean

• monthly deep clean

• quarterly deep clean

• yearly deep clean

Requirement for Maintenance Program
To join a maintenance program, your property must first have a deep clean. For larger properties, deep cleaning may take more than one day since we limit cleaning to 8 hours daily.
Lock-in Your Price
After the initial deep clean, you'll enter maintenance cleans with a contract to secure pricing. Clients can review and renegotiate the contract annually, ensuring ongoing transparency.

Our user-friendly booking platform provides our valued clients on contract with the convenient flexibility to effortlessly reschedule or book new cleaning jobs for various times or days that best suit their individual schedules.
